Much More Than a Hair Dryer

It starts as a compact, yet powerful hairdryer with 3 heat and 3 fan settings.Once your hair is about 80% dry, give it a quick flip, and it easily converts to a styling wand with a variety of attachments. What a smooth look? Try the paddle brush which straightens as it dries. Prefer to add volume? The oval brush gives you volume at the roots. And the coolest attachment of them all is the auto wrap curlers, which come in a left and right curl so you can swap for either side of your face. As a mom, my favorite part is that I can curl my daughters hair with air instead of a hot iron. I don’t have to worry about getting too close to her scalp or face and she said the hot hair felt nice. And I don’t have to worry about burning my fingers. There is a little bit of a learning curve when using the auto-wrap curling wand, but once you master where to hold your hair and which direction it will twist, it leaves you with soft, pretty curls.
The wand is smart enough to know which heat and fan setting is best for each accessory, but you can override it if you prefer. There is also a cool shot button to hold your style in place. It has a pretty long cord, and while it is solid, it’s not overly heavy. With so many different attachments, it really eliminates the need to own multiple hair appliances. Overall this feels very high end.

Too easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like to spend a ton of time on my hair. I had a dryer, flat iron, and air curler, but most days, I would just let it air dry with some product. This Shark FlexStyle makes it so much easier to dry and style with the same tool. The auto wrapping curl works really well and gives big bouncy curls. The drying feature works as well as my prior hair dryer. The brush attachments are great for drying while also styling. This replaced al of my other products.

1. It took THREE WEEKS to get here, and wasn’t expected until next week.
2. In the meantime, I bought a less expensive but still cool ionic dryer, just in case it changed my life. It had basic attachments but not the curler I was dying to have.
3. I liked it enough and resigned myself to continuing to just curl my hair after drying. Canceled the shark order.
3. Received email: Surprise, here’s a credit card charge because your non-canceled shark order just shipped!
4. Of course I needed to know how awesome the curling feature is, so I gave it a post-workout whirl! I was concerned that a) the curlers would be too large for my short hair, and b) that it would be annoying to have to switch curlers for the other side of my head, as this is a big concern for all the "beauty influencers" I've watched.
5. None of my fears were warranted. A) the curler size is perfect, and B) you can simply use the dryer upside down for one side of your hair.

So, the other less expensive dryer is good, but it's going back. Yay for faster getting ready time!y

Best early Xmas gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hair styling system is versatel and very easy to use. I have medium length hair with some waves. The hair blower is strong and gets my hair dry pretty fast. I have thick hair. The two brushes are easy. Just comb through and hair is smooth. The curlers take some practice. They do blow my hair automatically to the curlers. It takes some patience to section the hair and do all sections one by one. I have not tried the focus attachment yet. All in all, I can easily make the hair style I want at home.

Great hair dryer and cheaper than competitors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this blow dryer. My favorite part is that it has different heads so I don’t need to travel with so many unique hair products. The regular blow drier and big round brush parts work great and similar to other similar products I’ve used to give the blowout look. WOW the air wrap functionality it cool and works so well. There was a learning curve to how to turn it off and blow the cold air but after learning, I’m impressed with the curl and it lasts for days with no hairspray.
