Power issues

This is absolutely great I been renting a carpet cleaner spending alot always but finally got this and it is so amazing its doing alot better than I thought it would have done. All together the best carpet cleaner worth the money

PURE GARBAGE (And then some)

Pure garbage.
Dumps the clean water and solution but vacuums up so very little.
When we returned it to our big box retailer, the return clerk told us that they get several of these returned each and every week. She said that most returns have the same problem as our did.
We have a professional carpet cleaning company scheduled for tomorrow to try and salvage the damage done thanks to this USELESS machine.

clean your machine when finished

works as advertised i like my expert a lot takes a few minutes to clean after I am finished with it. cleaning the dirty water tank, all the parts in the head of the machine and the brush roller. and that in itself creates a mess, or does for me anyway. I think it should come with better step by step instructions for cleaning step 1, step 2, and so on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this based on numerous testing sites. I must say the suction is fantastic. The first thing I cleaned were 50 chair cushions at a banquet facility. The water was filthy. Granted a few old stains did not come out. I did not use the oxygen cleaner because I wanted to use it at home. The suction power rivals that of rug doctor or Bissell rentals. Today I'm tackling the couch!!

Need improvement

It's cleans well but has a lot of design flaws. I do like the suction power it pull the dirt out the bottom of the rug. the waters be black . I hate the hose location it keeps falling every time you bump into the sofa or wall .they need to make the water tank bigger and the hose is weak it broke in half not even a full year with the machine . I also hate when the bottom tank starts getting full dirty water starts comes out the side of the machine getting all over the walls or sofa . I have to wipe everything down beside that it does a great job especially the hose picks up just about everything that needs to be cleaned.
