Two Lemons In a Row!

🍋🍋🍋🍋 The first machine started badly leaking clean water out the back after 3 uses. They sent a new one, which was great. Unfortunately after two uses it also started leaking water out the back and down into the motor, and now there is no power. I can’t believe there aren’t more bad reviews because wow, what a waste of money and disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product just wish the shot cleaner worked

I love this shampooer it works great except for the hand heard part of have work but once. It runs you can feel it trying to pump it the shampoo from the tub but nothing comes out. I still use it upright. I need to contact shark to see about getting that part fixed but just haven't had time. Best I've ever used when it comes to cleaning carpets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible product!

This is by far the WORST product I've ever purchased. Buy this product if you want frustration and exasperation. Two blinking red lights come on within a minute of use and it stops working. Even after hosing out the machine in our laundry tub it won't last a minute before the red blinking lights return. Yes, I've followed the directions to resolve this issue but it still stops operating. Now I have to find and purchase the tool I need to disassemble the machine as it is assembled with non-standard screws.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is complete CRAP! Like literally CRAP!

We are on our 3rd shark stainstriker carpet cleaner and we are happy with the hand tool, but this does not spray and clean carpets well, we love ninja products but shark is poor quality.
Our first one broke within 5 months, we got a replacement and that one broke within 2 uses and now, this one is on its 4th use and it's not spraying well, never buying another shark but will always buy ninja products. Shark, learn to also increase your capacity cause it's also poor. After this one takes a dump, we are going back to hoover because they atleast last 4+ years. Waste on money on 3 shark products. (Edit) Tried again today a couple of weeks later and just shut of COMPLETELY! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS WITH THE WAY SHARK MAKES THEIR PRODUCTS.

This carpet cleaner is phenomenal. I cleaned my entire second floor with it, and the tank was full of black water. I never could guess what was gonna come out of my carpet and boy was disgusted. I can’t wait to do it again it’s very satisfying to see how clean your carpets can be with this incredible product!!!

So good even mom wants one

I bought this almost a year ago and it works very well. It works so well that I let my mom use it and now she wants one! She has used bissell for years and is kinda a tight wad. The brush roll is better than most carpet cleaners.
I would recommend this to a friend!
