Great carpet cleaner
on October 25, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truthfully I had never deep cleaned my carpets at all, just ran the vacuum once a week. I didn’t have any stains so I never worried about it. However one use of the carpet cleaner and you could tell the carpet was a good shade lighter than before. While the results were great there is just a couple of downsides. The machine is pretty heavy and not the easiest for me personally to run back and forth on the carpet, felt like a workout. There is also a lot of little parts to take out and clean with little crevices that are hard to clean out. It also took a bit to figure out, as again there is quite a bit of parts to this. However I do know this is a heavy duty machine so the weight of it and all the parts is something that is inevitable but it’s something to keep in mind since not everyone is up for the maintenance. Overall for its purpose, it did a great job.

Great carpet cleaner, a few things to know
on October 23, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, first the pros and probably the most important part of this review: this carpet cleaner does a great job. Like, really great. The equipment and included cleaning solutions got stains out of couches and carpets that needed a lot of TLC.
The not pros and not cons, just something to know - it can be tricky to figure out how to use this thing. The first person who took it for a spin was my senior citizen mother and while she loved the results, she shared that figuring out how to operate the cleaner was pretty difficult for her. I didn’t have as hard of a time figuring it out, but still something to keep in
mind.
mind.
Another thing to know - this cleaner is heavy. It’s much heavier than a vacuum cleaner and harder to push than I expected. That being said, I assume the weight is part of what makes it effective when using the floor brushes.
And speaking of equipment - I believe this item can be used on furniture with an additional attachment you can purchase. I didn’t have the attachment and what’s included isn’t really effective or safe for cleaning fabric furniture. Based on how well this cleaner did on carpets, I can only assume it would do a great job on furniture as well if the attachment for furniture was purchased and used.
All in all, a great carpet cleaner. I would consider this a solid investment to keep at home if you have a lot of carpet around the house and don’t want to pay the high price tag for professional cleaners.

LOOK AT THE TAR
on October 23, 2023

I've never reviewed a product before, however, after using this cleaner, I had to share my experience. The XPERT cleaner was little difficult to assemble, nothing outside the manual. I emptied the solutions into the tanks, vacuumed my bedroom carpet, and after a few passes, my jaw dropped and I had to call my husband over yelling LOOK LOOK. The full front window of what the carpet extracts is completely visible (I've only seen windows offering views towards the machine, not behind while you operate it) Firstly, the machine almost self propelled itself, very easy to maneuver, what I wasn't expecting was when pulling the machine back was the suction to the carpet was like no other. You can not only SEE what was being taken from the carpet, you can Feel it as well. I finished the room, took out the dirty water tank, (good thing this is anonymous, I don't want everyone Knowing) and the tank water looked like TAR. I had spilled soda, dropped ashtrays ashes, old cereal grounded in, you can imagine, not only did the XPERT make them all disappear, but what I was left with, no lie, looked like a carpet that was just laid, the pile, stood up, felt slightly damp. In begining to look for a machine, I didn't realize they had all gotten to this price range, and was a bit apprehensive, now that I see the results, every $ I spent was well worth it. The only issue I have is that the solution you need for the machine is on order only. I'm ready to get started on every other inch in my house.

The Carpet Secret Weapon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed by all the ins and outs of this cleaner. Thanks to Shark and Influenster for allowing me to review. It’s perfect for our family with two little kids and 3 fur babies. It was very easy to figure out and user-friendly instructions are right on the vacuum for reference. The solution smells great. And the machine really does great work on carpets and upholstery- especially for single spot treatment. I was even able to get black sharpie out of my cream carpets! I am including a picture of the removable front portion of the vacuum. It’s a great feature to be able to remove any fur caught in the head mid-clean. I’m very impressed overall and would recommend!

Best one out there !

I bought this when I saw it advertised on an infomercial. I have had a shark vacuum for a long time. And knew how good it works. My BISSELL carpet cleaner didn't do that good of a job, and leaked water on the carpet.. So I thought I would buy this, advertised as even getting a steam mop for free. So I did. But the steam mop didn't show up. I had screen shots of what I ordered and contacted Shark, they good willed me a steam mop, and I should get this soon. I liked the cleaner so much. I ordered the best pet vacuum they had and also a stick vacuum for my bird room. So for being so nice of a company, they got four sales from me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Including a before and after photo to show how well it took out the stain in the carpet! Easy to use. Only downfall is how large it is for storing purposes.
