Not happy with cleaner

Used this for the first time not impressed with it when you push button for dry with suction only it does not do this right away also you have to empty waste water to often . It is not even full when the flashing blue light comes on. Tomorrow i will try to clean one more room if it keeps doing what it did today I will return it and go back to my.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CarpetXpert works great! I have a little dog that has little mishaps here and there and kids that are always dropping everything. My carpet had some pretty nasty stains that came right off. I didn’t think it would be that great but I definitely recommend it.

Refilling constantly!

Am returning this carpet cleaner as you have to change water and add product after small areas of rug cleaning! Water tank fills only half with dirty water and must be changed. Must then add more water and cleaning product . Did 3’ x3’ area only and needed refills. Too much work- too expensive yo use.

Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of carpet cleaners having pets, but this is a wonderful and game changer. It is lightweight and moves easily, but the results from it with the cleaners left my carpets looking new and smelling fresh. I highly recommend.

Great but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this shampooer. It cleaned carpets wonderfully and got the job done. It worked quickly. The set up was a breeze. I love all the attachments as it can spot treat and clean small areas that need attention or can do big areas as well so you get your money worth in one machine. I only took a star off because it’s heavy and was a little more work out than I like to push around.

It works well when it works. I bought one and it only dispensed the soapy water but didn't suck it back up. Was left with a big mess and a very wet carpet. Called and they sent a new one. Hopefully won't have the same problem
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to get going, not overly loud, got stains out of my rugs and couch from dog slobber, all around a fantastic and useful tool to have especially if you have animals!

Have had nothing but problems with this carpet cleaner. I have a small living area and it took 6 tanks just to clean it. Another thing is the waste water tank. The carpet cleaner shuts off when it is not even half way full resulting in me emptying it every couple minutes. It also takes about 5 seconds to shut off and during that time the dirty water will spray out of the vents until completely shut down resulting in clean carpet turning back into dirty carpet. The hose attachment also comes off very easily and will come off if barely touched.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
