I just got mine today and started on my living room area rug.
Packaging/ Assembly: 10/10 was pretty easy to put together. Literally only like 4 pieces to put together.
Noise level: no score just as loud as any other carpet cleaner.
Tank Usage: 8/10 easy to fill and clean tanks. The only "con" is the dirty water tank needs to be emptied more. (Ex: my area rug is an 8×10 and I had to empty it three times) but again super easy to empty and refill.
Solution Samples: 1000/1000 SMELLS AMAZING!! Cleaned very well. One can is I wish they gave a larger sample size.
Overall: 9/10 Easy to put together, easy to clean, normal noise level and the solution is AMAZING.
I clean my carpet at least once a month and this did such a better job! My rug looks brand new. The dry only setting was good just next time I'll know clean half then dry it. Honestly I was just so excited to use this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little guy has some intense chasing power. Ihave a carpeted room that gets heavy traffic with Muddy shoes. I was very skeptical as to whether this would work in the small space. Not only did the floor come clean but it was also very satisfying to watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you @shark and @influenster for sending us the Shark CarpetXpert with StainStriker Upright Carpet, Area Rug & Upholstery Cleaner.
So glad we received this carpet cleaner! We have light color carpet in the basement and accidentally spilled coffee on it 😭 We tried other cleaner but it didn’t do the job.
As soon as this was delivered, we gave it a shot….whoa! This carpet cleaner is beyond amazing, how does it get all of the ick out of the carpet! (Video and container speaks the results).
The technology is above the rest with the combination of high-speed brush roll, power spray high-pressure spray and powerful suction delivers the best dirt, ick and odor removal.
The dual-activated formula fuses two unique formulas together creating unstoppable cleaning solution effective for stain cleaning.
The handheld is is built in carpet cleaner and used for spot and stain remover designed for stairs, carpet and upholstery.
The drying time is minimal…huge plus! Over the holiday, I plan on tackling the stairs using the handheld. Such a great added bonus to the upright carpet cleaner.
I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner🦈

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean my couch and it worked great! I have two cats, one having long hair, and it’s worked very well. Got a coffee stain out of a grey couch with no issue. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is PHENOMENAL! It’s a must have, especially if you have pets. I much prefer this over renting a carpet cleaning machine, and it’s much lighter weight and easier to maneuver. In love with this vacuum!
