Another waste of money from Shark

I purchased this in December as an “upgrade” from the other brand I’d been using for 3 years. It has already completely stopped working.
As I stated in my review of the last Shark vacuum I purchased, which was a complete waste of money, I don’t know when Shark’s quality went
in the toilet but it has. Never again.

If you have hard floors DO NOT leave it on the floor. I did as I do with all previous cleaners and none ever ruined my floor. This Shark Xpert leaked from the bottom (unbeknownst to me) and ruined 3 planks. Buckling them at the joints. Now that section of my floor needs to be replaced! I will be returning this product before it ruins anything else with its leaking (which it's not suppose to do). Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am glad I bought this carpet machine. the dirt that came out of the carpet into the holding tank was gross. This machine is easy to use when following the instructions.

I bought this one month ago. And I love love love shark products. But this one stopped spraying water out the bottom of the machine and now I'm out of money and my carpets still need clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased a month ago and I love it. Only flaw that I've found is the place you attach your hose before and after use. It's awkward and confusing. Properly placing hose can be difficult and frustrating

Horrible Product Leaks All the Time!!!!

This thing is HORRIBLE. Have had it for a month and it leaks from the hose and the bottom of the unit. So bad I end up recleaning what I just cleaned!! Don’t bother with this. NOT WORTH IT
