Wish the dirty water tank was bigger. Cleaning my bedroom carpet I had to empty at least 6 times. Fills really quick

This carpet cleaner is amazing. Do not think twice. Carpets are thoroughly cleaned, and the edge tool is wonderful! Paid for itself the first time I used it.
Light weight and easy to use! Carpet was dry so fast but thoroughly cleaned! Every shark product that I have purchased has been absolutely worth it!

I’ve owned it less then 3 months worked great then one day I couldn’t get any water to come out it kept saying lever was messed up we took it apart cleaned it and still no water coming out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product for less than a year ago and was so excited because of all of the good reviews. I do exactly what the product states to ensure it stays clean and is wash all my parts correctly. I’m not sure if I got a defective one but now every single time I use the machine it barely works. The spray barely comes out of the bottom and it barely suctions. I am so upset as I’m a single mother of four and had really high hopes for this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best carpet shampooer ever. Shark does it again!!

I bought this 2 months ago and I'm thrilled with the results. I have an older dog who leaks and sometimes has diarea on the carpet and this machine cleans everything up instantly with no heavy wetting and no effort. Very easy to operate and you will quickly fall in love with the convenience of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is so great I really enjoy it not many uses and it has cleaned very well. Easy to use as well and having the handheld to already attached and being able to switch it with no problem is wonderful.

Shark Xpert Chews up the Bissell Steam Machine!!

I received mine a few days ago. I LOVE IT!!!!!!
I originally did my homework, I have 4 small dogs, wanted one that could be used on rugs and sofa. Based on all the tests and peoples reviews I at first bought the new Bissell with the steam.
I ruined my rug, pulled out some of the pattern and its ability to remove water is like a toddler sucking through a straw. The tank emptied into my rug and extracted maybe 2 cups. Took my rug 3 days to dry with fans on it.
Bissell said it was because the rug was wool and their machine is geared toward scrubbing and dirt removal, but wool old onto water, LOL.
They refunded my money. DO NOT BUY THE BISSELL WITH STEAM, ALSO The steam is only for pretreating, they fail to mention that tidbit.
So I have been rereading and saw an independent video on the Shark Xpert. It sold me.....That video talked about the extraction, and you can choose only extract....PERFECT!
