The Shark CarpetXpert that I bought is wonderful. It works great and cleans up stains that were not removed with other carpet cleaners, both owned and rented.
I also like that it leaves the rugs much drier.

Gets the job done!

Wow! This Shark CarpetXpert with Stainstriker is really easy to use. It has great suction to remove the dirt and water from the carpet. Even my older carpets and area rug carpets look fabulous and clean after one afternoon application. The Shark Deep Clean Pro formula removes dirt and stains and leaves a fresh scent that is not overwhelming and doesn’t linger too long. Very happy with this carpet cleaning machine and cleaning products.

My carpet cleaner with a name that starts with a H, that I owned and used probably a dozen times broke down . I wanted to do some early spring cleaning and no rental of a carpet physician for me. I checked out websites and reviews, found that Shark is very highly recommended. I own a Shark Rotator vac and Ninja counter appliance that I like very much, and do their work very well. I bought a 201 carpet cleaner that had an issue, and Shark got me a replacement within a short period of time. The replacement works excellent and I am very happy to recommend Shark to family and friends.

A Powerful and Convenient Alternative to Rentals

After years of renting bulky commercial carpet cleaners like the Bissell Big Green and Rug Doctor, I was ready for a change. While those machines provide a deep clean, the hassle of renting them—lifting them in and out of the car, dealing with unknown contaminants from previous users, and the overall cumbersome process—made me seek a better solution. With three carpeted bedrooms and a guest room that stays mostly untouched, I wanted something compact, powerful, and easy to use. That’s why I chose the Shark CarpetXpert Carpet Cleaner, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
One of the biggest benefits of owning this machine is the convenience. I no longer have to worry about renting a cleaner or struggling to lift a heavy unit in and out of my car. Plus, I have peace of mind knowing that my machine is used only in my home, without wondering what kind of mess it has previously cleaned. Despite its smaller size, the CarpetXpert delivers a deep clean that rivals, if not surpasses, commercial machines. It effectively removes dirt, stains, and odors, leaving my carpets refreshed.
The automated cleaning process is another standout feature. The CarpetXpert precisely dispenses water and cleaning solution, scrubbing the carpet while vacuuming as you pull back. This makes the entire process effortless and efficient. I also love the built-in hose, which allows for quick spot cleaning without having to deep clean an entire room. The thoughtful design makes it easy to maneuver and store, without sacrificing power or performance.
Overall, the Shark CarpetXpert Carpet Cleaner is a game-changer. It’s compact, efficient, and provides professional-quality results without the hassle of renting. Whether you have kids, pets, or just want an easier way to maintain clean carpets, this machine is a must-have. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful yet convenient carpet cleaning solution.
