It's cleans well but has a lot of design flaws. I do like the suction power it pull the dirt out the bottom of the rug. the waters be black . I hate the hose location it keeps falling every time you bump into the sofa or wall .they need to make the water tank bigger and the hose is weak it broke in half not even a full year with the machine . I also hate when the bottom tank starts getting full dirty water starts comes out the side of the machine getting all over the walls or sofa . I have to wipe everything down beside that it does a great job especially the hose picks up just about everything that needs to be cleaned.

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever owned. The solution does a great job at tackling stains and just regular maintenance of our carpets. Easy to use, rolls smoothly. Does a great job of sucking up the dirty water . The extra dry mode is a Godsend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. The upright and all the attachments cleaned tears of stubborn dirt that I don’t even know existed.

Powerful, Easy to Use, and Built to Last!

I recently purchased the Shark EX201, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a high-quality product. The design is sleek, modern, and lightweight — but don’t let that fool you — this machine is a powerhouse.
Performance-wise, the suction is incredibly strong, easily picking up everything from pet hair to fine dust. Whether I’m cleaning hardwood floors, carpets, or tile, the EX201 handles it all without a problem. It even got into tight corners and under furniture with ease.
What I love most is how user-friendly it is. It’s easy to maneuver, the attachments click into place without hassle, and the dustbin empties with just one button — no mess, no stress. It’s surprisingly quiet too, which is a huge plus in a busy household.
I’ve used several Shark products in the past, but the EX201 is definitely a standout. It feels like a premium device without the premium price tag. If you’re looking for a reliable, powerful vacuum that’s easy to use and built to last, I highly recommend the Shark EX201!

Ex200 Nice shampooer

I purchase the EX200 on March 19, 2025. I read the the reviews a lot good and few bad. I can say this it clean better than Bissell which gave out on me. People said it has a small water tank 3/4 gal and bissell has a 1 gal tank, they fail to tell that shark also has 1 qt oxi tank which will give it a gal.I like that it put down going forward and suck pulling back also I like you can which so that it will suck up only leaving carpet dryer. It is easy to clean up after you are down shampooing
