Cleans awesome/ small water tanks, exhausting

Does an awesome job cleaning and sucking up the water but the water tanks are so small you are constantly stopping to empty the dirty water and refill the water & solution tank. You have no control of the water which I really don’t like. It’s a work out to clean a room. Not meant for an entire house carpet cleaning. For a tiny room maybe. It does clean better than any shampooer I’ve owned but it takes triple the amount of work & time. Very easy to clean up the machine when finished. No belts to worry about breaking which is awesome. You waste a lot of the water/solution because you have no control of it. You have to constantly switch between modes so you can move the machine just to do another pass of suction and no water. It’s exhausting! The solution bottle is so freaking small. You will need too many to clean a house. Ridiculous! I’m not sure it’s worth all the hassle

Thank you for your feedback on the Shark CarpetXpert with Stainstriker Upright Deep Carpet Cleaner. We are happy to hear that you are happy with the performance of the unit. However, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the size of the tanks and are finding you need to fill and empty them more often. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy having my new Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker. I finally have a machine that gets stains out of our family room carpet. It comes with multiple attachments and it’s very easy to assemble and get’s into the littles spaces.
After one cleaning session anyone could see a big difference and once it dries I plan to clean it again to work out even more dirt. The Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker machine has an amazing suction component and I could not believe the amount of dirt that appeared after using it.
The Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker will bring back softness and fluffiness to any carpet and efficiently eliminate the toughest odors in an instant. This cleaning device works on carpet and area rugs throughout your home.
I would definitely recommend the Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker you will not be disappointed and is suitable for both small and large jobs.

Better Than Renting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Shark Carpet Xpert machine a while but haven’t had time to review because of a family emergency and had to leave town. With nervous cats, I came home to some vomit on my rug and the usual spray I left for the pet sitter still left a visible stain. This Shark carpet cleaner is just the right size to move up and down stairs and clean small messes easily. Yes, the reservoir is smaller than a commercial rental machine but it tackles both new and old stains mightily. Now off to finish the stair carpet since this machine is easy to use and the smaller head works to get into crevices. Quality seems good and I expect it to last for quite some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always rented carpet cleaners from the grocery because I don’t use them with any particular frequency. This product has changed that and it’s amazing just how much cleaner your rugs and carpets will be after use. The only downside, which is par for the course is now I have to take up space in a closet to store it…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of shark products. They did not disappoint with this one. It’s very handy for your every day spills and stains in your house. If you are trying to deep clean a large living room carpet, it may be a little harder to use because the tank is smaller than an industrial cleaner. Good morning Cuz I got even know what that is no father great another great week. What about you guys good for the song it’s really cool outside but I’m super sorry. All the details. What kind of fish are you guys thinking of a puffer fish OK what did you choose this one? They look cool you’ll have to take pictures when you get them. Have a good morning everyone.
