great cleaning, but returning

very happy with the cleaning power and the fact that it was easy to take apart and clean, BUT.. the dirty water tank fills up way too fast. looks like the shut off float is set too low, because there is definately more room in the tank to hold more dirty water. I spent more time stopping and emptying than cleaning!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shark is the best products ever. I have ever had no problems out of shark products. I believe in shark products. Then any other vacuum cleaner in stores. If any wants my advice go with shark products. I have been use shark for years.

I just got mine today and started on my living room area rug.
Packaging/ Assembly: 10/10 was pretty easy to put together. Literally only like 4 pieces to put together.
Noise level: no score just as loud as any other carpet cleaner.
Tank Usage: 8/10 easy to fill and clean tanks. The only "con" is the dirty water tank needs to be emptied more. (Ex: my area rug is an 8×10 and I had to empty it three times) but again super easy to empty and refill.
Solution Samples: 1000/1000 SMELLS AMAZING!! Cleaned very well. One can is I wish they gave a larger sample size.
Overall: 9/10 Easy to put together, easy to clean, normal noise level and the solution is AMAZING.
I clean my carpet at least once a month and this did such a better job! My rug looks brand new. The dry only setting was good just next time I'll know clean half then dry it. Honestly I was just so excited to use this!

Not happy with cleaner

Used this for the first time not impressed with it when you push button for dry with suction only it does not do this right away also you have to empty waste water to often . It is not even full when the flashing blue light comes on. Tomorrow i will try to clean one more room if it keeps doing what it did today I will return it and go back to my.

Refilling constantly!

Am returning this carpet cleaner as you have to change water and add product after small areas of rug cleaning! Water tank fills only half with dirty water and must be changed. Must then add more water and cleaning product . Did 3’ x3’ area only and needed refills. Too much work- too expensive yo use.
