My husband and I have been in the market for a new carpet cleaner and finally pulled the plug on the CarpetXpert and it is AMAZING!! It’s so easy to use! I absolutely love the way it made the rooms smell. So clean and fresh! 100% recommend!!

A Great Cleaner ata Very Good Price

I bought this cleaner about two weeks ago. I had an 8 x 10 rug cleaned some months ago and when the cleaner asked how I liked his wo4rk, I said the rug was still dirty. He told me if he cleaned it any more, it would show the back of the rug. My mother had a rug cleaner 50 years ago it it seemed like a struggle but I bought this one after I saw the ad and read some of the reviews. I started cleaning my rug. Below I will show the dirty water it picked up after 2 tanks of water and solution The rug was just dirty. This cleaner was easy to use and I love how Shark makes all it products so you can take apart the pieces and put them together. It was GREAT!!! Sorry I couldn't add the photo.

EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANER!

I used this for the first time today, and it’s AMAZING! The hand tool quickly got up pet stains, spills, and dirty spots in my carpet. My carpet smells and looks clean, and I love it! It’s a little heavy to push when you first fill it, but it’s worth it. I strongly recommend this carpet cleaner.

I just bought this today, and it did an amazing job!! I forgot to take before pics of my carpet unfortunately! But it took out a stain that has been there for months! The only problem is that the dirty water container doesn't hold alot and have to empty it a lot!

I just bought this jewel of a carpet cleaner! Couldn’t wait to use it on my carpet. I had lived in the apartment for 2.5 years with a beige carpet. This gem got my rug in better condition than when I first rented!!!! Easy to take apart and clean! Follow the excellent videos and you can’t go wrong with this baby ! Best shampooer ever! Well worth the money.

A good, thorough cleaning

I bought this in advance of the holidays because we had pet accidents in the past that, while cleaned up by hand, left me with the lingering feeling that a good deep down cleaning would be the wiser thing to do. This machine does a great job of a more thorough cleaning especially when the cleaner is boosted by the oxi additive. It is not too light which is actually a good thing when it comes to sucking up the dirty water. I am pleased with the results.

I have always loved the Shark products so when I saw an ad for this one I decided it would replace the Bissell that just gave up on me. This one cleans great and made my white rug white again. Very lightweight (I'm 77 yy and I can't lug a heavy machine around anymore). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that it had to be refilled too often. Seems like I was pouring out the dirty water and adding clean water after cleaning just a few feet of carpet. Other than that, I loved the way it cleaned and handled.
