Goodbye Hoover

Goodbye Hoover, forever. Hoover couldn't handle
my old carpet and the dirt and mud my 2 GSDs. In the summer
they track dry dirt and in the rainy season they track in
mud. My Hoover kept mushing and pushing the dirt
further into my carpet. The brissels were tethering tips of my
the tips of my carpet as well bc it's old and thin.
My experience with my very first Shark is mind blowing.
My Shark carpet cleaner is truely a miracle worker.
This light weight machine brought back what I'm sure was it's original
color. The roller brush lifts and powerfully sucks the heavy
dirt away. My whole family, including my husband is very
impressed. I can't wait to try the Shark Steam Floor Cleaner
and Sharks Blow Dryer. We'll see what's next!

I bought this a few weeks ago and since we just the bathroom remodeled thus leaving stains on the carpet. I thought there was no way the carpet would come clean. Boy l, was I wrong! The Shark Carpet Cleaner worked wonders... I won't say the carpet looks brand new but it looks amazing. The orie they charge for the machine is worth every penny.

Another waste of money from Shark

I purchased this in December as an “upgrade” from the other brand I’d been using for 3 years. It has already completely stopped working.
As I stated in my review of the last Shark vacuum I purchased, which was a complete waste of money, I don’t know when Shark’s quality went
in the toilet but it has. Never again.

If you have hard floors DO NOT leave it on the floor. I did as I do with all previous cleaners and none ever ruined my floor. This Shark Xpert leaked from the bottom (unbeknownst to me) and ruined 3 planks. Buckling them at the joints. Now that section of my floor needs to be replaced! I will be returning this product before it ruins anything else with its leaking (which it's not suppose to do). Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

I am glad I bought this carpet machine. the dirt that came out of the carpet into the holding tank was gross. This machine is easy to use when following the instructions.

I bought this one month ago. And I love love love shark products. But this one stopped spraying water out the bottom of the machine and now I'm out of money and my carpets still need clean.

Purchased a month ago and I love it. Only flaw that I've found is the place you attach your hose before and after use. It's awkward and confusing. Properly placing hose can be difficult and frustrating
