This is so great I really enjoy it not many uses and it has cleaned very well. Easy to use as well and having the handheld to already attached and being able to switch it with no problem is wonderful.

Shark Xpert Chews up the Bissell Steam Machine!!
on July 3, 2024
Posted by: My 16 paws say YAHOO!
I received mine a few days ago. I LOVE IT!!!!!!
I originally did my homework, I have 4 small dogs, wanted one that could be used on rugs and sofa. Based on all the tests and peoples reviews I at first bought the new Bissell with the steam.
I ruined my rug, pulled out some of the pattern and its ability to remove water is like a toddler sucking through a straw. The tank emptied into my rug and extracted maybe 2 cups. Took my rug 3 days to dry with fans on it.
Bissell said it was because the rug was wool and their machine is geared toward scrubbing and dirt removal, but wool old onto water, LOL.
They refunded my money. DO NOT BUY THE BISSELL WITH STEAM, ALSO The steam is only for pretreating, they fail to mention that tidbit.
So I have been rereading and saw an independent video on the Shark Xpert. It sold me.....That video talked about the extraction, and you can choose only extract....PERFECT!

My trade up

In conclusion, based on my firsthand experience and comparison between the Hoover and the Shark carpet cleaners, I firmly believe that the Shark is the superior choice for effective and efficient carpet cleaning. The Shark's exceptional performance in removing dirt and debris, lifting carpet fibers, and providing a thorough and rejuvenating clean surpasses that of the Hoover. The Shark's powerful suction, advanced cleaning technologies, and superior maneuverability make it a standout option for anyone seeking top-notch carpet cleaning results. Its ability to deliver a deeper, more comprehensive clean in less time and with fewer passes not only saves effort but also ensures a visibly cleaner and fresher carpet. The Shark carpet cleaner's overall performance, reliability, and user-friendly design make it the best choice for achieving professional-grade cleaning results in the comfort of your own home. If you value cleanliness, efficiency, and a superior cleaning experience, I highly recommend investing in the Shark carpet cleaner for outstanding results that will exceed your expectations.

I received this as a Mother's Day gift ( I really truly wanted it ). It works way better than expected. I have 2 young kids, 2 large dogs and a cat with bladder leak issues. It it so easy to operate and even easier to clean after using! It is by far the Best carpet extractor I've ever used! I have a commercial carpet/furniture extractor and this is 100% better. It's lighter and easy to clean and store away and cleans the quality of cleaning is the same. Thank you Shark!
