Definitely Recommend!

First use and I'm impressed! I have two small children and 6 cats with beige carpet, so I was looking for an effective, easy to use carpet cleaner. The CarpetXpert is perfect! It's so easy to go from Stainstriker to Deep Clean to Quick Dry without even turning it off! Stains came up quickly and the carpet was dry within a couple hours. The 5 year warranty is awesome too.

I got this carpet cleaner 3 wks or so ago and I couldn’t believe how much power it has and how well it cleans my carpets!

Fantastic cleaning and easy to use

Can I give more than 5 stars?? I had another brand and never felt like my area rug was cleaned. Used this and WOW my carpet looks new! Same with my office chair. Shark is the best and I would definitely recommend all their products. Have 3 vacuums (one for each floor) and a steam mop. I'll never buy another brand.

5 months and need a new one

I have had this for 5 months and now it leaks from the clean water container when not in use. When I use the handheld part it starts leaking. Getting clogged very easily and does not always want to suction correctly. It costs so much and doesn't even last half of a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve owned aShark vacuum for a decade. It’s the best vacuum. So when I needed a carpet cleaner I bought the Shark CarpetXpert. Sorry to say,This is the worse cleaner I have ever bought. It’s heavy, it has too many.attachments hooked on. The scrubber part is way too small, making it take longer to shampoo the carpet. Had my husband not cut up the box, I would of sent it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
