Super secure

It feels so much safer than other locks I’ve used, knowing that it’s password or fingerprint locked and nobody else can get in. It’s also very attractive looking on the door and i like the way the product looks! It makes my home looks safer.

Easy installation

We have multiple people in our household and needed a way for everyone to be able to access the lock while adding and extra step of security . It's very well made and we have not had to charge it since install. It connects to wifi and has fingerprint option as well as keys. I was pleasantly surprised that it preforms exactly as described.

Easy to install and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, user friendly instructions. I am using the fingerprint scanner to open it with no problems.
You can use a USB-C to charge the device. It uses a lot of battery life, if you rely on that.
Overall a great product. Definitely meets my needs.

I like that there was a QR code to take you to videos and instructions on how to install and set up. I love that there is a key slot in case battery ever dies I can still unlock the door. Adds a more sophisticated touch to my house.

Great smart home accessory!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely loving my new smart lock! I’ve never had one before and it’s so nice to be able to lock up from my phone. The installation wasn’t bad, but it was a little tricky to line up perfectly so it was straight on both sides (though that could have been user error). I like that it also has mechanical keys if the battery dies or anything. Great product!!

Nice looking, sturdy lock but may require professional installer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to having the DESLOC Smartlock installed on my door. This product came packaged well. It's a nice sturdy unit, not a cheap feel or look at all. However, this type of lock will not work with my door handle which was quite disappointing. My door handle is a one piece brass handle with lock built in. It also says easy installatiion but requires drilling into the door which doesn't work on my metal door easily. I also think if not install savvy, a professional installer would be needed.
