Just What I’ve Been Looking For!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This K120 Smart Lock by DESLOC is just what I’ve been looking for. The first thing that caught my eye was just how sleek the product looks itself. Upon removing from the box, it was easy to install. This Smart Lock looks sleek and stylish with any decor but it’s more than just its looks. In addition to looking sleek, the product itself is easy to operate. The Smart Lock connects to Wi-Fi and can be operated using an app downloaded to a smartphone. The fingerprint entry is the best thing about this product as it means I no longer have to struggle with finding my keys to get into my home which is especially helpful during night time when it’s harder to see. The app allows multiple peoples fingerprints to be registered to allow others to use the lock as well. The app will also tell when the lock was unlocked last, when it was locked and if it was blocked by something. The battery that comes with the lock has been advertised to last up to 13 months so it’s very helpful to not have to recharge it all the time. In case the battery did ever fully die, the lack has a small panel on the front that slides down which reveals a spot for the key to go into to unlock the door. This lock also includes two physical keys to it. I like that, with the app, that a password can also be set for the lock in the case the fingerprint scanner doesn’t identify someone’s fingerprint for some reason. I’ve never had this happen but it’s nice to have another option to get into my home should this ever happen. I also like that this lock will say that it is unlocked when it reads the fingerprint and once the door is closed, it automatically locks itself and says that it is locked. This product is made to last and I look forward to using it for many years to come. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their locks on their home. It is a bit pricey but it is so worth buying.

Convenience and Safety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I can install this, anyone can! The installation process was simple — all I needed was a screwdriver and about 15 minutes. DESLOC has helpful videos if you want visuals, but the provided manual was plenty for me.
I wish I had found the DESLOC smart lock sooner. It has made my life so much simpler! Just this morning I came home from grocery shopping with my hands full. Instead of setting everything down to dig for my keys, I just asked Alexa to unlock the door. It didn't even need my fingerprint! It also works with Google Assistant, and I can lock or unlock it remotely from the app. This lock offers more than just convenience - it helps keep my family safe. As a single mom, I no longer worry about lending out spare keys or my kids losing theirs. I can easily assign temporary codes for people and revoke access anytime. The app sends me instant push notifications whenever the door is locked or unlocked, so I always know what’s happening at home even when I’m away. It also keeps a detailed event log of who locked or unlocked the door and when.
I was initially nervous about a battery-powered lock, but that worry is gone. The built-in battery lasts 12-16 months on a single charge. In the rare event it runs low, you can still use the two physical keys provided. I haven't even touched on all the features yet! The lock is built tough - it's tested to handle salt air and severe weather (perfect for Florida). And if the power goes out in a storm, you can actually charge your phone using the retractable USB-C cable. It's not just a lock - it doubles as a power bank in emergencies! The fingerprint recognition has never failed me, even with wet or cold fingers. Everything about this feels extremely well-made. I'm so satisfied with the DESLOC K120 and highly recommend it!

High tech and safe!

Installation was a breeze And the built-in Wi-Fi made setting up the system simple not needing to have an additional hub or extra router just for the door lock. Absolutely love the fingerprint. Reader, it was easy also to set up and makes entry into this door simple for me and impossible for strangers or people that don’t belong here to get in. The 15,000 mAh lithium battery. Life is also something that gives me peace of mind that this will not just die out on me randomly. Also have to mention how sleek and modern it looks. Love it on the door. I have absolutely no complaints very pleased with this product..

Neat product but not as user friendly as I would expect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool door lock and I like that it automatically locks behind me when I close the door. It can also be controlled from afar by the app which is handy. Installation was a bit of a pain, and the depth of our door jamb meant the contact sensor couldn’t be screwed into our door jamb. The thumbprint pad has also been hit or miss and can be frustrating when you’re trying to get in quickly. It also needed to be recharged after only about three weeks, so the battery longevity will be irritating over time.

Secure And Convenient Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this Desloc Smart Lock. We have only ever had traditional locks on our exterior doors, and this lock adds technology and convenience that adds a sense of security and peace of mind to my day. The lock itself was nicely packaged and relatively easy to install. The lock is more on the bulky side, but that is due to the battery that is advertised to hold its charge for 13 months! I love that my children don’t have to carry a key around, and I can set a code for visitors to be able to gain entry to the house when they are here. However, there are also 2 backup keys provided. The fingerprint reader is setup on the actual lock and has worked without any issue. The locking mechanism when going in and out is also smooth and has functioned well without any issues thus far. I think my favorite part of this lock though might be the app. There are so many features… but you can even view realtime access logs or remotely lock/unlock the door! So far, it has held up and functioned in very hot and humid weather as well as rain. I am definitely happy with this lock and would recommend purchasing this for anyone in the market for a smart lock. It’s functionality and sleek design have left nothing more to be desired in my opinion.
