Let me first say I love this computer. It's a business model and priced twice to three times the consumer models, but I used it when I was working and never wanted to give it up. This is my second owned one - not that the first one is faulty in any way: it's still running well at 6 years old. The main issue I had in purchasing this one was in getting answers to questions. The title of the laptop includes the words "3 Year Warranty" but my Support Assistant only showed one year. I went to 10+ areas to try to get that resolved. Camille in the Care Pack Dept. took pity on me (she believed me: I never thought anyone else did), confirmed it, gave me an email to an escalations department who finally confimed that yes, my Care Pack was three years and my warranty was one. What's the difference, I asked? Still waiting for an answer to that. See the name of this notebook that I'm reviewing? 3 Yr Warranty. Jeesh.
My work computer went out and I had to order this one using my phone. I really didn't realize it was the 360 until it arrived and I was pretty stoked about that! It's quite a bit smaller than my last laptop and lacks the numbers keyboard, so I did get a wireless keyboard for it. I love that it is so compact- even with the keyboard! And it comes with a pen!
I like this HP Envy x360. It's light and portable. I don't use the notebook feature very often because I use it as a laptop. Also,it came with a stylus which I have yet to find use for. I wish it had a Print Screen button and another Control button but, overall, it's a good machine and it works well for me. I'd most likely buy another one.
The HP Elite x360 1040 G11 2-in-1 (Wolf Pro Security) is an excellent business notebook that exceeds expectations. For office work the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, the screen is sharp and bright, the build quality feels appropriately premium, and performance is more than enough for heavy multitasking, documents, spreadsheets, and video calls. What genuinely surprised me is how well it handles a decent range of video games for downtime. It’s not a dedicated gaming machine by any means, but it runs lighter-to-medium titles smoothly enough that I can comfortably play for a quick break. The 2-in-1 design works well, the Wolf Pro Security features give good peace of mind, and battery life is solid for a machine in this class. My only real complaint is the price — it’s expensive for what is ultimately still an Intel-based ultrabook in 2026. But if you need a reliable, secure, versatile daily driver that can also entertain you, this one delivers.
