Fully living up to expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Odyssey G6 Gaming Monitor for a bit now it’s a huge upgrade from my old monitor.
The first thing I noticed was how smooth everything looks. Games feel way more responsive, especially anything fast-paced.
The picture quality is equally impressive. Colors are super vibrant, and the blacks are actually black, not that gray-ish look you get on cheaper monitors. It makes games and even just watching videos look a lot better.
I also like the design, it looks clean and modern. It’s a good fit for my setup.
Overall, I’m really happy with it. If you game a lot and want an immersive experience the Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 is the way to go.

Amazing monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung OLED G6 monitor is by far the best monitor I've seen and now own in a gaming monitor aspect. it comes with it a 27inch display screen, a decent size for your space viewing, a HDMI cable, a DP cable, and an up to 240 v 50/60 Hz power cord. Also, a one-year warranty card and simple guides and instructions. It is easy to set up but I had my husband help. It took about 3-5 minutes putting it together. With the displays functions and setting up a console takes about 10-15 minutes.
Its awesome resolutions (2560x1440) 240Hz, (PS5 only max to 120Hz) gives a look into Gaming spec as it should. It’s colors are rich and smooth, plus you don’t have to worry about lighting in room, whether small or big room (living rooms). The lighting in the room doesn’t reflect or interrupt the monitor screen. The Samsung OLED G6 monitor can also change directions of screen positions from horizontal to vertical. You had an option if you like a standard rectangle view to 45-degree angle or a straight 90-degree display. The control panel sit right underneath at center of the monitor, and it’s functions are very simple to navigate, easy to read.
My husband and I love the Samsung OLED G6 monitor and will not be using it only for our laptop but for our game system. It is an amazing monitor and worth the money. Highly recommended for gaming users and for PCs. I’m glad to be part of the Samsung electronics group. Thank you.

Best Bang-For-Buck OLED Gaming Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you go OLED, you can’t go back. I typically play PC games like FPS and RPG/other single player games, as well as watch movies, browse, etc. Also the occasional photo and video editing. I wasn’t really sold on OLED monitors before even though I’ve had an OLED TV in the living room for years. I thought “Oh that’s overkill, I don’t need that.” But oh man, it makes a huge difference during gaming.
First, the COLORS. Check out the side by side photo in this post. The monitor on the left was my previous main gaming monitor and the colors just do not look as vibrant. The 27" Odyssey OLED G6 on the right looks much more vibrant and the blacks are much deeper. You can also see the glare difference - there’s a bit of glare on the left monitor but no glare at all on the right monitor. This translates to a better picture quality, and it makes an even bigger difference when gaming. It creates a more immersive experience when the colors within the games pop out more, so it’s just generally a better experience.
Second, the responsiveness (or frame rate)! Going from 144 hz in my old monitor to 240 hz is a pretty significant difference. While it may not be as noticeable as going from 60 FPS to 120 FPS when gaming, more frames means more info and responsiveness in more competitive FPS games. I play a wide range of FPS games like Rainbow 6 Siege, Battlefield 6, Marathon, Destiny 2, etc, and the responsiveness is noticeable. While I don’t get 240 frames in every game due to not having a high-end PC (I have a mid-end PC, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X with an EVGA RTX 3070), I can tell a difference in responsiveness for less intensive games where I can output closer to 200 frames.
Overall, I think the 27" Odyssey OLED G6 is a great gaming monitor that packs a punch. It’s definitely a monitorI don’t see myself upgrading from in many years as it has everything I need: great vibrant colors, responsiveness, and also many options within the menu to customize the colors and other settings. There’s definitely more high-end OLED monitor options, but this one has everything I need at the right price.

When I tested direct sunlight on it, I was surprised with how well the anti-glare tech actually worked. I use this mainly for gaming and with this bring my first OLED monitor I really understand the difference on what type of picture quality it has to offer. The colors have been so vibrant and offering detail I have not noticed in games before. While utilizing the freesync technology, disabling motion blur and having this monitor run at 240hz there is no loss of detail when playing my racing games or shooters. This monitor has truly stepped up my gaming rig and I could not be more happier to try it out. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to step up to an OLED monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is honestly a really solid balance between performance and quality. The picture is sharp and the colors look vibrant without being too much. Everything just looks clean whether you are gaming or watching something.
The refresh rate and response time are great too. Games feel smooth and responsive and I have not noticed any lag or ghosting.
Overall it just works how you want it to. Good quality, smooth performance, and easy to use. Definitely recommend it.

Incredible Monitor!

The QD-OLED display and HDR capabilities really make a noticeable difference to my previous 1080p LED monitor. The colors really pop and make you feel truly immersed in whatever game you're playing. I also really love the 240HZ refresh rate and .03ms response time. All of this together help to give you a real competitive edge in multi-player games! The monitor itself is really slim and light making setup and adjustments easy. I would definitely recommend this monitor to anybody looking for an upgrade!

Great Starting Gaming Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son so this his first gaming monitor we are impressed by the quality of the qd-oled so bright and glare free I love that it has a pivot side view the way you can rotate the monitor is amazing in the back also comes with a cable adapter to put your cables so it won’t just be messy. I love the easy connectivity to it.

Best all around monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 27” Odyssey OLED G6 is almost the perfect monitor for power users. It is equipped with HDMI 2.1 for Gamers who want to play in 4K with higher refresh rates. The QD or Quantum Dot technology has added an additional layer of clarity and sharpness to videos. I noticed that a lot of the colors are vibrant but not over saturated leaving me with ideal picture experience. The monitor is stacked with multiple technologies for user who are concerned about burn in. It has a taskbar detection which dims that area in order to prevent static image burn in. As a user who use windows and Mac I thought this feature was pretty cool. In addition my setup is pretty bright, and I can see the display very clearly. The display is coated with Anti Glare technology which helps reduce reflections from the display. Overall, if you’re a power user, gamers, creative I believe this monitor is great for you. The one improvement that this monitor needs is additional ports for connectivity, whether that is another HDMI port or thunderbolt port either case an additional slot would be great. I’m extremely satisfied by the experience I’ve had so far and look forward to Gaming more with it.
