S11 tablet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get my new s11 because my s8 wasn't going to get anymore updates. So I started checking on what was available, I chose the s11, I thought it would replace my s8 BUT I'm very sorry that I purchased it. I've had since sept 15th, just decided to use today oct 3🙃 and guess what. It doesn't work, won't let me in
I've reset it back to factory settings, no luck. Any help or replacement would be greatly appreciated.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device because all the great reviews and sleekness but honestly when I first purchased it, it was very slow for example the Gmail app would blink on and off when I would scroll through a it and the screen would turn black when I would click the message but since the recent update it has improved.

Excellent tablet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung tablets for many years, always pleased with them. I purchased this one specifically for doing research and writing notes about results. Whether watching a video, reading a document or searching the web, this is the best tablet I have had. It is very light and thin, the screen is excellent, the S pen works great, sound is good and I am quite pleased with the speed. I don't want a bigger tablet because they can be like carrying a laptop around. This is more like paper and is well made for carrying. Overall a very good tablet at a decent price for my use. Split screen is an excellent feature for those doing research.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device because I found it very practical for everyday life more when you are a student and need something to take quick notes, when I get the device I love it, a large screen and nice design, handy for everyday life and easy to use with one hand, I would like them not to include models with and sim/esim, it's somewhat confusing when you don't pay attention, I would have liked it with capacity for sim/esim. It doesn't matter, I still loved the device equally.
