I bought a KitchenAid KHBV83WH blender from you for my wife. It exploded and burned on the second use. My wife was very scared. I wanted to contact you before publishing this as an international video. I have all the documents and photos, and I still have the warranty. Please compensate us for our loss and send us a new product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very handy and useful
