I bought a KitchenAid KHBV83WH blender from you for my wife. It exploded and burned on the second use. My wife was very scared. I wanted to contact you before publishing this as an international video. I have all the documents and photos, and I still have the warranty. Please compensate us for our loss and send us a new product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very handy and useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this just in time to use it for my Christmas baking and it was a lifesaver! It is so convenient to switch out an attachment and not have to drag out several separate small appliances.
