I loved it for the short time it lasted!

It worked well and the fact that the stick with blade was removable made cleaning so easy. I could leave the blender on the counter in its spot and just take the stick to the sink to wash off and dry in the dish rack. Unfortunately, though, the plastic around the area where the blender body meets the stick actually melted - only a month in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using it for protein drinks. Works great except for the plastic pan guide protection that clips on. Seems it does not fit very well and had come off and the blade took a piece out of it. Otherwise works great and may continue to use it without the plastic guide.
I would recommend this to a friend!
