It keep showing offline onmy phome app and i have to re do the setup at the device to make it unable

Product worked well in the beginning. Then after a couple of weeks, it went OFFLINE by itself. I tried to contact Honeywell support and was on hold for about an hour before I hung up. Very disppointed.
