I am a HVAC contractor and I put this thermostat in my house. It was very easy to install and simple to set up.

Pretty good thermostat under most conditions. I have one criticism. If I lock the thermostat to prevent users from altering important operational settings, regular users may adjust temperature (good), but not change heat or cool setting (bad).

This is pretty good. I had a Bryant before and it was about the same from a user stand point. The Honeywell takes a long time to reconnect to wifi if the wifi is lost.
