I love the fact that i can change the temp in my house as i have 2 dogs at home. It gives me piece of mind that they will be good. Thank you.

Still learning how to use it but I like I can turn the air up when Iâve already left the house so it isnât running nonstop and using more electricity.

Programming should be easy by looks but keep having issues with program not being followed. also had setup problems with the app that took a while to work through with tech support.

Wish it was âautoâ and switched between heat and cool automatically! Also wish there was a quick and easy way to say ârun scheduleâ like my previous Honeywell thermostat after Iâve adjusted the temp and want to return to the program

Sometimes Alexa does not recognize as able to communicate with thermostat. Reboot/reinstall of thermostat resolves problem, but inconvenient.

Can check and adjust the temp ftom my phone from anywhere. Even away from home. Love it, works great, never fails

It will be a reassurance to be able to check the temperature of the home when we are on vacation, especially in the winter.
