The WiFi aspect of this product is horrible. It doesnât stay connected, the geo fence doesnât work at all. We called for help and spent so much time on the phone to fix the issue, then the Wifi aspect quit working again... not happy...

I had previously owned a Nest thermostat and Iâm happier with Honeywell. The geofencing works great!

We are pleased with the honeywell thermostat. I found the instructions to sync with my samsung phone difficult to navigate, however the online chat was very helpful in guiding me to the set up process.

Too many communication problems . I get frequent emails stating that there are communication issues with the thermostat. But itâs good when itâs working!!

I'm fine with the user interface and the connectivity to Amazon Alexa, but the Honeywell Home app is almost too simple, and doesn't always connect to my phone (Pixel 2, Android 10.0).
