I’m an advanced DIYer. I picked these because of the ability to remotely control my houses. My houses are older and energy use is a challenge. The 3 day lag in data for runtime is ridiculous. It displays Resideo’s lack of support. These are good devices. IMO. They will become extinct within 5-10 years if you do not get your technology up to par.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
