Geo fencing doesn’t work. It always says at home

I like it, but the Geo fencing doesn’t work. It’s fairly easy to operate. It won’t stay when no one’s at home. I keep the location always on.

We just had a new furnace installed and one of my asks was for Wi-Fi thermostats (4 zones). Our installer recommended these and we LOVE them. We travel often and no longer have to wonder if we turned the heat down or if one of the kids came to visit and didn't turn it back down. Already saving money! Love that we can preheat or precool when we've been away. We were also eligible for a CL&P rebate program and just received 100$ gift cards for each thermostat!!

The Pro Smart Thermostat is wonderful BUT when reducing the temperature you have to be careful not to change from heat to air conditioning. The buttons are very close. I did this twice before realizing what had happened,

The good: Wi-Fi connection, programmable. The bad: App continuously logs me out if logged in on another device (switching between iPhone, iPad, wife’s iPad). Once logged out, saved password no longer works when switching devices and only solution is to reset password. Every. Time. Contacted support 5 weeks ago…still waiting for response….
