Not User Friendly - Inconsistent with Schedule

In the age of modern tech, you'd assume this would work better. You cannot setup a schedule from your phone. You're forced to set a schedule because if you do not the system will hold at the temperature you set for the window of the schedule and it'll resume the schedule once that window is over. You simply cannot set a Heat up to xx and Cool down to xx, and forget about it. Even if you've setup the schedule, the thermostat will randomly not adhere to the set schedule. This was setup and recommended by a professional HVAC tech. Not satisfied.

I have two thermostat's in my home connected to one AC unit. The 1st problem is I cannot one of the thermostat to the Resideo app and the other is a personal issue. They should have added an auto feature for cool and heat.
