I'll admit it, I am not a technologically gifted person. And the thermostat has been difficult for me to use. It took me and others several tries to link the thermostat to my phone and ipad. And the thermostat seems to have difficulty staying onli

I gave 4 overall, and 3 as recommendation to others, because it required a friends iphone for setup. Only after the iphone was connected would my Samsung S8 Android phone sync up.

I am very happy with my thermostat. I am hoping it saves me money overtime by being able to regulate it when I am away and still be comfortable when I hold.
