The new thermostat works great! I can check it and make adjustments from anywhere in, or even outside of the house. It is easy to adjust, and the controls are very simple. Also, the readout is very clear and easy to understand.

I am disappointed, it works basically OK but I am missing on features that are important to me. I would like to have the option to see the external temperature on the display, we really miss that compared to our previous model. I am also disappointed by the programming option Why is it limited to only 4 time period in a day, I could need up to 7. I would also like to be able to save different programs depending on energy saving programs and seasons, The application should be able to be updated to support that. Finally, the documentation available online to choose a model is not very details nor regular user oriented, so I feel I did not have the right info to choose the right thermostat, I would have chosen a different model if I new.

It has some good features and is easy to use, however, IMO, it's missing a Major feature: a setback function! I'm surprised this expensive, and supposedly smart, thermostat doesn't have that feature! It's More than just useful, it saves money!!
