Overall, very happy with the Honeywell thermostat. It's easy to program schedules and read display. Only feature that would make it a 5 star is to add room zones for monitoring the temps. I would recommend it to though.

The Residio/Honeywell Server went down. This took away any “smart” functionality away while we’re traveling on business. Might not seem like a big deal to some, but we do have pets at home. We’re on day 3 right now and we keep getting emails it’s still down. In my opinion, it’s not worth the extra money as it’s unreliable.

this thermostat will have to be replaced It will not hold a setting for wifi connection to my I phone. works in the house but the minute I leave no remote operation is possible. Now I will have to replace it and purchase another brand that works.

Tstat works good. The app... horrible. Geofencing will tell me im gone when im 5 ft away then my temp will go down... few minutes later it will tell me that ive arrived. Its not my phone all settings are correct.
