Had it 3 weeks. Have had to reset it once due to wi-fi communication failing. Hope this isn't a frequent issue.

Iâm an HVAC contractor and have install countless thermostats. This thermostat is super easy to install and setup (as long as you know what type of system you have). My main problem with them (I have 4) is that they lose app connection randomly.

Love the convenience of being able to change the temp on both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats and even set up the schedule right from my phone with the app. Would like separate schedules for both heating and cooling though.

I had a nest. I am not at home and it doesnât register as away. It goes offline frequently telling me it canât communicate with WiFi. Wish I had gotten a Nest

We actually replaced this thermostat with our old one. Was not user friendly. Kept resetting itself, maybe it was defective. We set it to run cooler through the night, we woke up once to 80 degrees in middle of night, we hadnât changed anything
