It’s good now that we finally got it hooked up to wi-fi. However, it took a service tech from the heating and air conditioning company who was knowledgeable to do it. The original tech didn‘t.

I installed it first by myself but then called the residio hotline and they walked me through the whole thing. In the end it was easy but just know there are a lot of setting imbedded in the menu.

I have primary heat as heat pump and back up propane. Thermostat only states heating and does not tell me which heat source it is using.

When we had our house built we wanted to go with Honeywell again as we had a smart device from Honeywell in our previous house. We had this Resideo installed and the device’s features are excellent! We love being able to control everything from the app on the phone and I mean everything from setting up different run times and temperatures to turning it on and off and checking on our unit when we are away. So glad we had this installed and would highly recommend!
