My first Chefman was a 10qt. Was excited to find this one.

This is my second Chefman, first one was a 10qt. Love this size. Excited to dehydrate some citrus fruit next.

Works great, but can be messy.

So far only have used air fryer + function. Cooks great but I have some Critiques. Mesh style trays drip on door when removing trays to flip food. And cleaning can be a bit more difficult than basket style air fryers. Otherwise works fine.

Drip pan is available, but it has two rods at the bottom making it uncomfortable to clean and a bit dangerous touching hot rods. For that reason we use drip pan not at the bottom but above the heating elements 2N-40011, MH 60V300W.
