Loving everything...almost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this for less than a month and couldn't be happier with it's performance. The only disappointment is cosmetic. The tilt-head housing has a couple small gouges/dings. One of which has resulted in a small sharp burr that is actually protruding through the beautiful enamel finish. We're surprised that it passed through quality control.
