The griddle is excellent for bacon and eggs and any food that you don't want to burn. Easy to use and clean. I plan on grilling quesadillas this week using the griddle. I highly recommend this excellent product from Weber.

Good addition to Weber accessories for our Summit. The coating had a few imperfections so I’m not sure about longevity, but made bacon and eggs outside for the first time. Works well!!

Heavy duty, heats very quick and does breakfast foods just fine . Only drawback is cleaning this surface.
