Terrific griddle, fish grill. Great heat retention, surface is very durable and easy to clean, food does not stick. Only drawback is that the griddle is quite heavy, so cleaning requires a bit of effort - but well worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I jumped the gun, should have done my research first. Cant use metal utensils on the griddle or else you will ruin the enamel finish.

The griddle works great but after the first cook the food stuck so bad that it can’t be scrubbed off and then it started to oxidize in spots

We find that preheating the grates/griddle to 450 F for 10-15 minutes, scraping them clean with a Weber grill brush, and then adding oiled food is the best way to clean the grates and prevent sticking. Your griddle has a 2-year warranty against rust-through so please feel free to contact our team if the oxidization continues after cleaning. Thanks for being a Weber fan!

The griddle is smaller than the great so if you fill the griddle up you’re going to lose a lot of your food over the sides. I love that it’s a griddle but it leaves a lot of room on each side between griddle edge and other two great
