While it is very lightweight, the Coleman grill dies a great job with its griddle( sold separately) it does not stick, and it is very easy to clean. We love it!

Impressed with this item. Ordered it and happy to have it arrive quickly as described. The surface is easy to work on. Love the versatility of having the grill on one side and this griddle on the other side... although if the group is large.... the only thing better would be to have 2 of the griddles to mass produce pancakes! LOVE this item!

While these fit the grill great my only major complaint is that they did not come with any care, seasoning, or cleaning instructions. My husband made French toast and slightly burned it, so I guess that'll take getting used to, as to how to set the temp on the grill. Even though there was some burned food on them they did clean fairly easy with soap, water and a bit of elbow grease.
