No better product than a Weber kettle! Best money I ever spend and easy to find replacement parts to keep the grill clean and looking new Don’t waste your money on a ceramic cooker! The kettle is better for smoking and temp control!

With the removable center I can now use the griddle and I wanted to upgrade to a better cooking system. The middle can be placed giving a cross pattern of the grill marks and with the option of the griddle - you get a better grilling game.

Why can I NOT purchase the center grate with a cast iron circular grill...? I purchased one in the past...
