Overall, the Omni E28 is a solid performer with a few distinct advantages. The battery life is impressive and easily outlasts my previous Roborock. The app is smooth and intuitive, making scheduling and control effortless. On the cleaning side, the roller system seems significantly more effective than traditional rotating pads, and the refillable cleaner dispenser is a huge plus for convenience. However, it does have a couple of frustrating drawbacks. Even when perfectly clean, the sensors struggle with object detection—it constantly bumps into plant holders, desk legs, and dog toys. Additionally, routine maintenance is more tedious than it needs to be because there are simply too many individual parts to take apart and clean. Pros: Roller system outperforms rotating pads Smooth, reliable app functionality Excellent battery life (better than Roborock) Convenient, refillable cleaner dispenser Cons: Poor obstacle avoidance (frequently bumps into furniture, plants, and toys) Too many parts make routine maintenance tedious
