TV is poorly made and Samsung support is pathetic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was purchased and installed in December 2025 . At the end of April/beginning of May 2026 it would not even come on . Nothing… No sound, no picture, nothing. When I contacted Samsung for assistance They defaulted to "Well it only has a 90 day warranty because you have it sitting in a business ."
The TV sits In my office where I am a NC Veteran Service Officer (VSO) and purchased it with hard to acquire grant money to be able to show instructional videos and assistance videos to disabled veterans that I serve. It's not used every day, it's not left on, it just gets turned on a couple of days a week. This is a pathetic response from a company like Samsung .
I personally own seven Samsung TVs throughout my house, my garage, and my RV . I am now considering throwing them all out and going to buy Vizio or LG TVs … Or some other brand .
Whether the TV sits in my home or whether it sits in my office does not matter . My office is not a combat zone and we're not out at the racetrack driving the TV around the track to abuse it in anyway . This is a totally unacceptable response from Samsung and an indication of their Failed support system for customers.

The best TV I ever bought

I would recommend this TV to my family and friends. It’s the best TV I ever bought and thumbs up to the Samsung plus that’s installed on the TV. It really was a very nice purchase.
