It is a beautiful TV but a few Samsung glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very similar tv to the one that stopped working but for some reason, it is more difficult to navigate than our last one. Almost every time we turn it on it has to do a network check. Downloading apps is also a challenge. Everything wants to default to Samsung plus. I don't like that at all. Other than that it has a beautiful picture and is still working.

Constantly losing HDMI connection to home theater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV constantly loses its connect ion to my Denon home theater received. The only way to bring back the connection is to reset the TV back to factory settings. This is EXTREMELY annoying. The longest period a between reset a is perhaps three days. Some times I must reset to factory settings three times in succession before the connection is regained. Now, to make things even worse, the wonderful “Launch AI” message appear a while the factory down load is in progress- which me and that I list begin the down load process all over again, because AI kills the download.

Good picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture and quick response when using the remote, but found thatwhen viewing dark scenes it's Lil dark and hard to make out the picture ( not all the time). And it's both movies and TV shows.

Spectacular quality when watching old westerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall tv for the size has a lot of features perfect for xbox series x the difference is completely noticeable from being only able to stream 60 frames to maxing out at 4k with 120 frames per sec.. feel like your completely immersed into whatever playing or streaming with the new neo model the colors are astonishing to say the least when watching 50s westerns no borders perfect... the slight gripe is with connecting right away to a xbox with only the tv remote being connected. Noted that also it would have a power issue to where it turns on everything fine but then it doesn't register the xbox controller being connected to only the xbox and not on the tv. Will update again if issues occur

Thank you for your review. You can use the TV's remote control to control external devices that are connected to the TV by an HDMI cable and that support Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). If you’d like your externally connected devices to turn on/off when you turn your TV on/off, please make sure Anynet+ is enabled. To turn on Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = ON.
