I don't know why I waited so long to purchase Nest

I am extremely impressed with my Nest thermostat. I'm not sure why I waited so long to purchase it in the first place! Installation was a breeze, as well as downloading the app and syncing it with my Google home. I haven't had one single snag. I'm currently looking in to buying other Nest products because of my experience thus far!

So easy to install and use

The nest thermostat is so easy to install...they walk you through every step. It is simple to use...the app works great, and I have been extremely happy with the way it operates. The only thing I am not happy with is the color. When I purchased it, the only color it came in was black. It sticks out like a sore thumb on my wall, and I don't like it. If it was maybe brushed nickel, white, or something, it would be a lot less obvious. Perhaps they could sell different color face plates so that you could change it easily and cheaply, without replacing the entire unit.

Overall great thermostat

Nest is pretty easy to install. I would like to mention that I needed to turn off the power to my furnace prior, not just the main power to the heating/air systems. I initially didn’t do this and blew a fuse. Also it wasn’t connecting to my app right away but I turned my phone off and back on and that worked. I love that it learns what temps you like and that you can control it away from home.
