Great little thermostat that learns as it goes

Purchased this to replace the standard, basic thermostat that was installed in my townhome. It is sleek looking, and even though I hired a handyman to come out and install, it was a quick installation.
I like that it has learned when I am home, off the presence of my cell phone, and that I can control it manually, via cell phone app, and even the Alexa app.

After testing in my home, I found it was a very simply setup. After about a week or two, I noticed it learning. I changed the temp less. I later noticed I was able to tolerate lower cooler temps in the summer. Not sure if it was I was teaching it, or it was teaching me. However the performance as been all I expected.

We initially purchased the nest for our vacation rental. It has a nice clean sleek look and gives us the ability to adjust the temperature up before guests arrive and down when the house will be vacant remotely via a phone app. Super easy and convenient. The app is an asset for our situation since we're several hours away from our rental. We loved it so much we bought another and replaced the one at our primary home. We use more the scheduling features and a connection to the phone at that location so it "knows" when we're home or away and adjusts accordingly. It's been a great investment and paid for itself a few times. Highly recommend!!!

The Nest Thermostat is stylish and easy to install. The app helps control temps in home. If you wait for a sale it is reasonable. This is my second Thermostat and we love it!

THE BEST WAY TO CONTROL ENERGY COST

I live in an apartment and it has screwy HVAC so I had to wait until management controlled it. As soon as my energy bills stabilized, I got this bad boy and went to town. No regrets. Works faster than my old programable thermostat. When you want stuff shut off, it will then, not 5 minutes later. LOVE IT!

I’ve always wanted a nest thermostat, so when the opportunity arised I purchased with no hesitation. It goes so well with my homes modern decor. It automatically shuts off when I leave for work, and comes back on when I return. It’s everything I expected & more. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The appearance looks better than a normal thermostat. It’s so easy to use and learns from the settings we use and the time of day we go to and from work. Makes keeping the house comfortable simple!!
