Slick design and high quality

This thermostat is easy to connect, configure and set up. Great user interface and all-in-all an excellent product that delivers. We´ve had three of these for two years now and have had zero problems or issues. And on top of the great control features is looks really good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to Setup and Use

Excellent product and Excellent Customer Service.
The Product is easy to install (just follow the instruction manual) and also gets connected to the phone app which makes it easy to control and operate (either within the house or outside).
My Thermostat broke after 2.5 years and went out of warranty. Customer Service was kind enough to replace the defective one inspite of being out of warranty.

Love my Nest. But bought the Pro version at an HVAC supply store. This version did NOT have the necessary junction box base plate, so I needed to buy it separately. Then the instructions did NOT cover a heat-pump “reverse” valve wiring situation, which took multiple frantic telephone calls to resolve. But truly, once the dust settled, I love my Nest. Works perfectly, looks great and saves energy.

Love our Nest

We loved the Nest our utility company provided so much that we replaced our second thermostat with one as well. I feel like it helps us be conscious of our bills, and also, it's nice that it adjusts when we're away. We live in a hotter area, it it's nice to know we can count on the Nest thermostat to adjust and keep our pets comfortable while we're gone.
