Easier to install than expected.

Once I found the web page from Nest to check compatibility, I made the purchase and did the install myself. It was very simple and straightforward. I was done in about 35 minutes all in. Very ease to use and vastly improved over our old system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had 20 year old Honeywell programmable thermostat that was confusing to adjust/schedule. Nest thermostat was a breeze to install. Worked perfectly upon start up. Easy to set up. Would definitely recommend.

Love the app for Nest. We replaced our old thermostat for energy saving reasons. So easy to use. It's more expensive than I wanted to pay but the app on honeywell's thermastat had horrible reviews. This was definitely worth the money. Love I can use it from my phone even in bed when it gets humid. Would highly recommend.

I love this thermostat! It can do so many different things to keep the home comfortable. I especially love the way I can change the settings from my smart phone as I leave the temperature at 55 in the winter while I am at work all day ( and it gets cold here), then I turn it up when I'm leaving work and it is comfortable when I get home. I also changed out my old thermostat for the Nest myself.

Nest Gen 3 Thermostat

Just got my Nest gen 3 Thermostat and absolutely love it. I wish I had gotten it 3 years ago! This is such a quality piece of technology. I can actually see the temp and reset it wherever I want via my phone app...love it! Its saving me so much money. My old t-stat was off 3 degrees. This one celebrated to the correct temperature within 24 hours. Very easy setting it up and programming it.

You definitely need to read up before installing yourself, the user video they give you doesn't explain everything but the install isn't to bad once you "know" what you're doing. I've had the unit installed for a day now and I can see a huge difference between the old one that I had installed to the new Nest.
