Simple and effective

The display may not be as astonishing as some of the bigger displays from the competition. It is a rather modest get the job done, peice of equipment. Very useful, and easy to use. The app has ran flawlessly so far. The installation instructions, with videos, were about as easy as it could get. For a simple, modest tool, only one complaint I can think of. It should have a few more color choices.

Nice Upgrade

We decided to pull the trigger on upgrading from a basic thermostat to the Nest Learning Thermostat. The difference was immediately impressive. The quality of the product was apparent when the box was opened. The directions for install and setup were incredibly simple and intuitive. I have never installed a thermostat and was done installing in 15 minutes and done setting up in under 30 minutes.

Wise choice

I didn’t buy this on a whim. I looked at other options and decided the best was the right purchase for me. I like that it integrates with other monitoring devices and it’s very easy to use both from the app and directly from the thermostat. The sleek design makes a great addition to my room and I love how it responds to people walking by. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The Nest Learning Thermostat was the first big splurge in our home. We have nothing but positive feedback on the product. It is definitely much more attractive than the boxy Honeywell we had. We are fairly tech-savvy in our household, so it was easy enough for us to get up and running.
I feel like the thermostat and the app are pretty intuitive to use. Absolutely recommend!

After countless hours of YouTube videos, Reddit comments, online user-generated comments (rating & reviews) on various eCommerce sites, I just just re-emphasized my initial assumption: just get the Nest. I was someone reluctant to get the Nest due to a multi-zone HVAC with a two-phase heating system loaded with jumpers and a special wiring. Working flawlessly across platforms.
