Very easy to install and connect to my wifi network. The house stays nice and comfortable compared to the other thermostat I had before.

Needs to be way more simple. Too many things on the App that are not needed at all. Those should be under advanced, and when you open the App it should have temp settings first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just had solar panels installed and my old thermostat just turned my AC/Heat on and off per my settings. With the Nest thermostat I feel that I stepped up to the new technology I needed to monitor, control, and analyze my new systems. I am thrilled with it and I can't wait to learn more about its capability. Being able to control it no matter where I am is a major advantage. I have already realized some savings.

Nest Learning Thermostat saves me money.

I found the install for the Nest Learning Thermostat was easy for me to follow and understand.
The features I like best are the Away feature and the Cool to Dry feature. Having the air conditioner know when I am away and return has really saved me money on my electric bill. Cost savings are not valuable if the house is allowed to become too humid, but Nest balances this beautifully!
