I love that it turns itself on when I get home so we are saving on energy costs during the day when we are at work. It has a very crisp display and is easy to navigate.

This smart thermostat has drastically changed the way temperatures are set in the house. It is so convenient. I used to have a manual thermostat. It can be controlled from a smartphone so there is no need to go downstairs to control or set the thermostat manually. The energy saving features are great. Nice and stylish design, good job, Nest!

Amazing thermostat!!! Super easy to use!!! Super cute!! And when it's a hot or cold day and you forgot to adjust your a/c you can do it from your phone.

First, I never receive an email when I want to reset my password. Programming the device is time consuming and confusint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When trying to reset the Nest account password, you can check the following:
- Spam folder
- Promotion folder
- Junk or Trash, if your email is designed to filter junk mail directly to the trash.
- Add account@nest.com to your email address book or allow list as some email domains may have measures in place to prevent spam that block legitimate emails from Nest inadvertently.
You may also want to check this link for some steps on how to set-up your Nest thermostat.

Works Great .,. Just as Advertised!

Prior to our recent move, we had a Nest Learning Thermostat. Our new home had another brand. After a couple months or so, I missed our Nest, so ordered one. It is working great! I even ordered and installed a remote sensor (well worth the money).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great thermostat. Takes some work to learn how it operates but it accomplishes the job. Great to be able to work it off site. I would try other nest products based on this one. I do have a nest cam and it also works great
